ABOUT

A more personal perspective, with a professional focus

My background, working approach and the lasting motivation behind this work.

Who I am

Background and guiding principles

An engineer by training, I have spent more than ten years working on critical information systems and transformations where technical choices have operational, financial and human consequences.

I work as an infrastructure project manager: close enough to the technology to understand dependencies, and broad enough in perspective to organise decisions and maintain an executable roadmap.

How I work

Clarity, structure and execution

I start with real constraints: service continuity, security, technical debt, compatibility, budget, available skills and operational capability.

I work with internal specialists and vendors to make options comparable, responsibilities clear and decisions explicit.

What motivates me

Difficult but worthwhile challenges

My focus is reducing the ambiguity that causes infrastructure transformations to drift.

I value demanding environments, dependency-heavy initiatives and assignments that connect architecture, risk, governance and execution.
